Malkijah

For years a good friend has called me by the nickname "Malkimalk".

However it wasn't until I began Reading Nehemiah in the context of Intercessory prayer that I noticed my real namesakes! Malkijah

Nehemiah Chap:3

[11]Malkijah son of Harim and Hasshub son of Pahath-moab repaired another section and the Tower of the Ovens.

[14] Malkijah son of Rechab, ruler of the district of Beth-haccherem, repaired the Dung Gate; he rebuilt it and set up its doors, its bolts, and its bars.

[31] After him Malkijah, one of the goldsmiths, made repairs as far as the house of the temple servants and of the merchants, opposite the Muster Gate, and to the upper room of the corner.

What better namesakes to emulate than those of men who gave their time and efforts to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem?
